Vistage Chair Richard Van Belzen recently launched a new chief executive board in the Western New York market. The new Vistage members, joining a community of CEOs, executives, and business owners, will meet monthly to discuss business issues, share expertise, and provide one another confidential help to achieve their goals. Richard is part of a community of more than 800 Chairs worldwide who lead local area boards, which total more than 40,000 members in 19 countries.

Richard’s career spans over 30 years. Beginning work at Xerox in the 1980s, he was fast tracked through various positions at the company, eventually becoming a National Sales Operations Executive. During his time at the company, he participated in various task forces that enabled it to develop and grow into the new decade. He then became the Chief Marketing Officer of Tyco Sensormatic Electronics, before eventually launching his own consulting company, Northpoint Business Advisors, in 1995. He continues to operate as the company’s Managing Director.
